Notes
Knorr vegetable recipe mix packet is key for classic flavor; avoid substituting with other Knorr soup mixes., Press spinach thoroughly to prevent watery dip; if dip is still runny, chill longer or add additional sour cream/mayo or shredded cheese., Dip can be prepared up to 24 hours ahead; flavors improve with chilling., Store leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator up to 4 days; if in bread bowl, consume within 1 day to prevent soggy bread., Freezing not recommended due to sour cream base., The recipe scales easily for larger or smaller portions by multiplying or dividing ingredients while adjusting Knorr mix packets accordingly., Serve with fresh vegetables, chips, crackers, or alongside party platters., For lighter version, substitute low-fat sour cream or Greek yogurt and light mayo., To reduce sodium, use low-sodium mayo and sour cream and reduce Knorr seasoning packet quantity, adding more to taste.
