Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.
- Add frozen gnocchi to the boiling water, stir gently to prevent sticking, and cook until they float to the surface, about 2–3 minutes.
- Drain the gnocchi in a colander without rinsing and keep them warm.
- Melt unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat until golden and foaming, about 1–2 minutes.
- Lower heat to medium-low, add the minced garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute, ensuring it does not brown.
- Add the drained gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce; sauté for 1–2 minutes.
- Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
- Remove the skillet from heat, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
