  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth and uniform.
  3. Add cottage cheese, chopped spinach, shredded cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the egg mixture and stir until evenly combined.
  4. Grease a pie dish or baking pan, then pour the mixture into the dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the quiche is set, lightly golden on top, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes to set before slicing.
