Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian herb mix in a blender until smooth and creamy, with no lumps.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the blended mixture onto it and spread out into a thin, even circle roughly the size of a small plate.
- Bake the flatbread in the oven for about 30 minutes, until edges are golden brown and the flatbread is firm to the touch.
