- 60 Rolo candies, unwrapped
- Valentine’s Mix M&M’s (pink, red, and white colors)
- Heart-shaped or Valentine’s Day colored sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, silicone mat, or foil for easy cleanup.
- Arrange pretzels in a single layer evenly spaced on the baking sheet.
- Place one unwrapped Rolo candy in the center of each pretzel snap.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 4-5 minutes, until the Rolos soften and look glossy but still hold their shape — avoid melting completely.
- Immediately press one M&M onto the center of each softened Rolo while still warm.
- Sprinkle the Valentine’s sprinkles over each bite generously.
- Allow the bites to cool at room temperature for about 2 hours to firm up.
- Alternatively, refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to speed up firming.
- Store leftovers covered at room temperature; no refrigeration needed.
