- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or sugar-free chocolate chips (dark, semi-sweet, white, or any preferred mix)
- Optional: splash of favorite milk (to adjust texture)
Instructions
- Add protein powder, chickpeas, peanut or nut/seed butter, salt, vanilla extract, and sweetener to a food processor.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. If mixture is too dry, add a splash of milk and blend to reach desired cookie dough texture.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Serve immediately as a dip or spread.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
