  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen peas, thawed and well drained
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 6 pieces bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, seasoned salt, and ground black pepper in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Rinse frozen peas under cold water to thaw and cool, then drain and pat dry thoroughly.
  3. Add thawed, dried peas, shredded cheese, bacon bits, and diced red onion to the dressing.
  4. Toss gently but thoroughly until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
  5. Cover the bowl tightly and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
