Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, homemade ranch seasoning, milk of choice, pickle juice, pickle slices, and fresh dill to a blender. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Blend until smooth and silky, using a blender rather than a food processor for the creamiest texture.
- If the dressing is too thick, add a splash of milk or water and blend until desired consistency is reached.
- If the dressing is too thin or you want it thicker, reduce pickle juice or add more cottage cheese or Greek yogurt and blend until thickened.
