Instructions
- Let cream cheese sit at room temperature until softened.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add sour cream and mayonnaise and mix until silky and well blended.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, fresh dill (or dried), and salt and pepper; taste and adjust seasoning.
- Finely chop dill pickles, celery, and green onions or chives.
- Gently fold chopped dill pickles and pickle juice into the creamy base.
- Fold in chopped celery and green onions or chives until evenly combined.
- Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
