- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 10 oz marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and pressed garlic cloves; stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add parmesan cheese and half of the shredded mozzarella to the mixture; gently fold in the drained chopped spinach and chopped marinated artichoke hearts, being careful not to overmix.
- Lightly oil a 9×9 inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Transfer the dip mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the dip.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes to set before serving.
